facilities throughout the eastern United States and Canada.
Main Facility - Tall Timbers Business Center - Foreign
Trade Zone in Findlay Ohio
HW Management's main facility at 1800 Production Drive in Findlay, Ohio features:
- A large, modern 410,000 SF warehouse which offers a combination of large-scale
straight space leasing, individual palletized storage, small package rack storage,
and finished office space opportunities.
- Overhead clear heights ranging from 29 to 40 feet, maximizing the effective
use of the facility's expansive floor space.
- Regularly-inspected food-grade quality levels of cleanliness suitable for
storage of cans, bottles, and other packaging materials requiring direct shipment
to packaging / bottling operations.
- Concrete floors that range up to eight inches thick, allowing for the storage
and handling of heavy aluminum and steel coils up to 26,000 lbs.
- Thirty-three dock doors equipped with self-leveling equipment and dock locks
to maintain smooth product flow into and out of the warehouse.
- Modern heating, air rotation, and wet sprinkler fire suppression systems.
- A separate 8,500 square foot cross dock containing office, storage, and handling
facilities accessed through eight dock doors with self-leveling equipment.

In addition to our main complex, HW Management also seamlessly partners with
secondary facilities throughout the mid-west and eastern United States and Canada
in order to provide you with a one-stop source for regional warehousing and distribution.
